What Atomik Menace's website collects, why, and who else sees it: the front page (atomikmenace.com) and the shop.

The short version. Atomik Menace is two people printing to order. We collect what we need to take your order, print it, ship it and answer you. We do not sell your information and there is no mailing list.

When you buy something

Payment is handled by Stripe on its own page. Your card number goes to Stripe and never to us. What Stripe passes back to us is your name, email address, shipping address, the items you bought, the amount, and a payment reference. That becomes your order record.

Before you get to Stripe, the cart asks for your ZIP code so we can work out shipping and which of our two shops will print your order. The ZIP is kept with the order.

Every email we send about an order carries a private link to that order's page. The link is long and random, and anyone who has it can see the order's status and, for digital products, download the files. Keep it to yourself; if it gets out, tell us and we will cancel it and send you a new one.

Where your order lives

Order records run on Cloudflare, on the same hosting as this shop, in a system behind a login that only the two of us can pass. What is in there is what Stripe passed us, the ZIP you gave the cart, which shop printed the order, the tracking number, and any messages between us about it. Your IP address is not stored with the order.

Order records are kept as business records for as long as we are trading, the same as a receipt. Ask us to delete yours after it has shipped and we will, except for what tax records require us to keep.

Emails

We send email only about your order: "your download is ready" for digital products, "shipped, here is the tracking" and "it has arrived" for prints, and a new order link or new download links when you ask us for them. Stripe sends the payment receipt. There are no marketing emails. Our emails go out through Cloudflare, which sees the address and the message to deliver it and nothing else.

Where you came from

If you reached this shop by a link from j7creations.com, the link carries a tag and the shop sets a small cookie to remember it. It tells us which of our two brands brought you in, so the right one is credited. It holds no personal information, does nothing else, and expires on its own. If you clear it, nothing breaks.

What your browser keeps

Your cart, the ZIP code you gave for shipping, and your choices in the settings menu (the gear at the top of every page) are kept in your own browser, on your device. They reach us only when you ask for a shipping price or check out. "Forget everything this site remembers on this device", in that menu, clears all of it, the cookie above included.

Custom requests

If you fill in a request form, on the front page or in the shop, we receive what you type: your name, email, and what you would like made. It goes into the same system as orders. The form also runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which tells a person from a script by looking at how the browser behaves. It does not ask you to solve puzzles, and it does not identify you to us; Cloudflare sees the browser's connection details for that check and nothing you typed. When a request arrives, we have Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, read it once to summarise it and sort it. That summary is a note on our screen and nothing more; no reply is sent to you automatically. What is sent to Anthropic is your name, your email address and the text of your request, under commercial terms that do not allow it to be used for training. To spot floods of requests we also keep, for a month, the country a request came from, the kind of browser used, and a scrambled form of the IP address made with a secret key (not the address itself); it is cleared after the month.

A request for something that needs engineering, or has to fit a real part, is passed to J7 Creations, the technical side of our work, run by Thomas, one of the two of us. It stays in the same system, and he answers it as J7 Creations.

Requests that do not become a job are cleared within a month. Requests that do become a job stay with the job record.

Our phones get a notification when an order or request arrives. It says only that something arrived, nothing about you.

Digital products

When you buy a file, the download link works for 30 days and five downloads. We record each download against your order so we can tell when a link has run out and reissue it. We do not watermark files or track what you do with them after download.

Who else sees any of this

Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (hosting, email, and the request form's bot check), Anthropic (reading custom requests, as above), and USPS (your name and address on the label). That is the whole list.
