Shipping and returns
Made to order
Everything in the shop is printed after you order it. Each product page shows a lead time; that is the number of days from your order to the package leaving us, not the delivery date. If a print fails and we have to run it again, you only hear from us if it pushes us past that lead time.
Where it ships from
We print in two places, Atwood, Tennessee and Las Vegas, Nevada. The cart asks for your ZIP so we can pick the shop that can make your whole order and get it to you soonest, and price the shipping from there. Your order ships as one package from one shop. If no single shop can make everything in your cart, the cart tells you which item is the problem before you pay.
Shipping cost
Shipping is USPS, priced from the packed weight of your order and the distance from the shop that prints it. You see the exact amount in the cart before checkout and again on Stripe's page. We ship within the United States only for now.
Tracking
When your order ships you get an email with the tracking number and a link to your order page, and another when the carrier says it has been delivered.
Returns: defects and damage only
These are made-to-order prints, so we do not take change-of-mind returns. What we do stand behind is the print itself.
If something arrives broken, or has a defect in the print, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint it or refund it, your choice. You do not need to send the original back. Damage in transit counts as damage; we deal with USPS, not you.
Normal print texture, layer lines and small differences between the photo and your print are not defects. Colour can vary slightly between filament batches.
Digital products
Files are refunded only if the file is faulty and we cannot fix it. Once a file has been downloaded, that is the only case where a refund applies. Download links work for 30 days and five downloads; if yours runs out, email us and we reissue it.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within a few days of us agreeing to one.
Contact
The seller is Atomik Menace, operated by Dustin Johnson, North Las Vegas, Nevada. Email d.j@atomikmenace.com. A real person answers, usually the one who printed your order.
