Plain terms for buying from shop.atomikmenace.com. If something here is unclear, ask before you order.

Who you are buying from

The seller is Atomik Menace, operated by Dustin Johnson, North Las Vegas, Nevada (d.j@atomikmenace.com). Atomik Menace is the brand; the prints are made in Atwood, Tennessee and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ordering

You are placing an order for a print made after you pay, or for a digital file. Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown at the time you pay. We do not currently collect sales tax. If that changes, the tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order.

We can cancel and refund an order before it is printed if we cannot make it, for example a size that turns out not to print reliably. We will tell you why.

Prints

Products are described on their page with dimensions, material and weight for each size. Photos show a sample; your print is made from the same file in the colourway you chose, and small differences in surface and colour are normal for 3D printing. Lead times, shipping and returns are in Shipping and returns, which is part of these terms.

Digital files

When you buy a file you get a download of the 3MF and STL, zipped together, under the licence shown on the product page: Personal use, the Commercial Print Licence, or a free Creative Commons licence. The product page has the licence's full wording, and the download carries it too, as LICENCE.txt.

The licence and its wording at the time you buy are what apply to you, even if we change the wording later.

Designs

We sell files only for designs we own outright. Prints of designs licensed from other designers are sold as prints only, under the terms of that licence. Products based on a book, game or series are fan-made and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the owners of that series unless the product page says so.

Custom requests

A custom request is an enquiry, not an order. If we can make it we send you a quote; nothing is owed until you accept it and pay.

Your account

There are no accounts. Your order is reached through the private link in your emails. Keep that link private.

Limits

We are responsible for the print or file you paid for: if it is faulty we reprint or refund as set out in Shipping and returns. We are not responsible for what you do with a print or a file afterwards, or for losses beyond the price you paid.

Changes

These terms change when the shop changes. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
